WINEMAKING PROCESS:

MESTRAL HEREDAD red D.O. Priorat wine comes from the steep granite slopes of the Priorat mountainous region from over 50-year-old vineyards. Harvest is done by hand and each step is carefully monitored to ensure the best quality and taste after 6 months ageing in Allier French oak barrels an reaching it’s unique complexity and elegance.
