WINEMAKING PROCESS

HEREDAD CENTUM: this delicious D.O. Montsant red wine is made with Grenache and Carignan grape varieties. Once harvest is done on the mountainous vineyards, the grapes are fermented and macerated and later aged 6 months in American and French oak barrels, preserving the body and the natural fruity aromas of the grapes.

Ruby red colour with purple tones

Nose:

Aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral notes and with a slight note of vanilla and caramel

Palate:

The palate is balanced, full of fruity and light tannins and with a great lasting finish

Food matches:

Serve it with all sorts of meats, game, stews and semi-cured and cured cheeses. We recommend decant it one hour before serving it between 15 ºC and 17 ºC
